JPilates Convention 2016

This year's JPilates Convention was our most successful yet! On the first day we joined Eva Rincke as she separated fact from fiction, delving into the amazing life of Joe Pilates in Joe Pilates  A Life to the Core. We discovered the powerful simplicity of using The Pilates Pole to take our client's technique to the next level, with JPilates founder Joanne Cobbe. We explored the 3 dimensional nature of muscles and human function in Beyond the Anatomical Model of Muscles  with Chelsea FC's Physiotherapist Mark Leyland and applied the knowledge gained in the Spirals and Spins. We experienced the latest JPilates Barre choreography with Kate Loeffen.

The second day was based purely on the Studio Equipment where we experienced the original Order of the Reformer Repertoire, enjoyed the perfect fusion of Barrels and Balls and deepened our understanding of how the Pilates system is a perfectly integrate whole in Piecing Together the Pilates Jigsaw.
